Suitable for welding 22Cr duplex stainless steels (EN 1.4462, S32205, SAF 2205) in severe service. Maintains pitting and chloride stress corrosion resistance with ferrite levels 30-50FN and PREN >35. Requires controlled heat input and interpass temperature for 50/50 austenite-ferrite microstructure. Ideal for heterogeneous welding with other stainless and low alloy steels.
