Welding Alloys HARDFACE LP-G is an All-Positional cored wire used for hardfacing components subject to metal -metal wear or high abrasion in ground engaging applications.

By introducing Flux to the cored wire the weld deposit can be applied vertically alowing hardfacing to be applied in suitable applications.

The weld deposit is a medium alloy, Martensitic steel with good impact resistance and high hardness. . It is an economical wire with good abrasion resistance.
The weld deposit is just machinable with special tools.

Applications

Resistance to abrasion and impact in dry or wet environments.
Agricultural & earthmoving equipment, compactor wheels, shredders for wood or rubbish, recycling machinery.
Bucket teeth, lips and undersides, cutting edges, steel mill rolls, cable drums, sand dredge equipment, dragline buckets, conveyor chutes, grizzly bars
Ideal for site welding of wear liners to provide protection to corner joints and exposed weld seams.
